1 parking space, plenty more on street, living room, dining room, single bathroom, utility room with washing machine and drier. Garage for bicycles. Yard.

Kitchen with dishwasher, all the utensils, cookware you could need.

Storage: lots of storage in the utility room, can have some dedicated shelves. Two more cupboards (not pictured) outside the room for shared storage.

Housemates
=========

Living with Michael (36, live in landlord). Looking to keep it mostly quiet during the week to have time to get some exercise and decent cooking without rushing around too much – so I can make the most of the weekend with trips away, mostly surfing at the moment. That said, no week is truly complete without a trip to the pub.

My down time is a bit of gaming, films or guitar (fun to me, despite my lack of musical talent).

What I'm looking for
===============

Looking for two professionals that work office hours, I'd be keen to do a few shared meals a week to spread the load.

My second language is Spanish, would love to share with a Spanish speaker and keep my fluency up.

1 x double room

1 x single or double room - I haven't bought the bed yet, so your choice: Double with no or tiny desk. Single with desk in the picture.

Both have a wardrobe, desk, chair and set of drawers in. Happy to put up additional shelving if needed.
