Double room to rent in Bedminster

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bedroom house in bedminster.

Rent is £600, deposit is same price. Rent gets paid directly to the landlord.
Bills not included – roughly £130 in summer and £230 winter. (Between £730 - £830 for rent and bills. This includes broadband, gas and leccy, council tax and water). Bills get paid amongst us, usually sent to the corresponding housemate money each month.

Available from 1st November.
Room is unfurnished.

Looking for someone preferably female, similar age, enjoys spending some time in the house, chatting in the garden, going to the pub together, but also values their own time/ space. One of us has lived here for a few years and this house has become her home, so would want someone to treat it the same and make everyone feel welcome.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy – it is up to us to keep the house clean, including the garden and recycling.
Looking for someone who loves cats, we have Moonie and he’s indoor only. (Sorry no more pets) he’s very chilled and does wander around the whole house so would have to not mind him roaming into rooms/etc.

Looking for someone who works full time during day hours - unfortunately, having people in and out at night probably wouldn’t suit as we all get up early in the morning for work. Ok if home based/ WFH.

There is no guarantee for parking space, the street has no permit so the neighbours and the public park there.
