Sunny Double Room nr North St

Hi potential future housemate!

I have just moved into my own home in lovely Bedminster and am looking for a fun and sociable person to share it with. Details below;

THE HOUSE
The house is a 2 bed terraced in the middle of Bedminster, 5 minutes walk from North Street, 20 minutes to the Harbourside and 30 minutes from Temple Meads Station. Parking is un-permitted, on-street and whilst relatively busy, there is normally space on the road outside or within a couple of streets.

Inside there is an open plan kitchen/diner, separate cosy living room and one shared bathroom between the two of us. Appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher and a giant fridge/freezer.

THE ROOM
The bedroom is at the back of the house, away from the road so nice and quiet. It faces east so gets lots of lovely morning sunlight and isn't too overlooked thanks to a great big palm tree! The room comes with a double bed and relatively firm mattress but is otherwise currently unfurnished. It is a blank canvas at the moment as I have just moved in but open to providing more furniture depending on what you may already have.

ABOUT ME
I am a 33 year old, media professional who has lived in Bristol for 10 years and absolutely love it. I have always flat-shared with 1 to 2 others and have made some great friends through spareroom and hope to continue that trend! Whilst this is my home, I want you to feel comfortable sharing this space and am therefore looking for someone who cares about keeping the place feeling homely. It doesn't need to be 100% tidy all the time but generally looked after.

Having lived in Bristol a while, I have an established group of friends and hobbies including yoga, running, cycling, hiking and also love to explore the Bristol music scene. I would like to find someone who has their own routine but is also up for cooking together and hanging out so it feels more of a home.

I work from home part-time so would prefer a housemate who isn't also WFH but flexible on this.

THE BORING (BUT IMPORTANT) BITS
- £800 inclusive of all bills, including full fibre broadband.
- Flexible on move in date from early November.
- 1 month's deposit & monthly rolling lodger agreement. I am ideally looking for someone to commit to 3 months minimum but keen to keep it open from there.
- No couples or regular overnight visitors.
