I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my room in a lovely 2-bed flat in Bristol Southend (BS3). You’ll be sharing with one friendly flatmate (female, twenties) who works full-time.
The room is a good size, featuring an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The rooms itself comes unfurnished except for a set of drawers.
Rent is £675 per month, excluding bills, on a rolling contract. Council tax is band B.
There’s off-street parking on the drive, free on-street parking, and access to a garage. The rest of the flat includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/diner.
