Looking for someone to move in w me as my beloved housemate + friend is moving out to live with her partner !! Would really love to keep the flat feeling like a home, so hoping for someone who will be a friend - to chill, cook and socialise with, rather than an acquaintance!! Also looking for someone who respects the space and is happy to help keep things relatively clean and tidy :)
It’s a lovely spacious 2 bed flat with a nice big living/dining area just off West St in Bedminster. Also an off-street parking space. It’s a good-sized double, with a wardrobe and optional bed (housemate happy to leave it here for a v reasonable price!).
Rent is £675 + approx £160 bills (will double check the total and update!)
I’m Issy, 27, working in education/care. I love cooking, going for walks, trips to watershed/bristol old vic/etc, pub, climbing, bit crafty sometimes. Am veggie, would love to live with some1 likeminded but not essential!!
