Double room available

We’re looking for a new flatmate! We have a double room available in a 6 bedroom house in Bedminster, living with female professionals (ages 24-30) who work 9-5 either at home or in the office. 1 double room priced at £840 inc all bills. The room is located on the ground floor (but is raised off of street level) and has a bathroom shared with 1 other person.

The house is located near the train station, Victoria Park, supermarkets, gym, and a short walk to harbourside and Temple Meads. The road has free parking and we have a garden and a terrace that gets the sun in summer! There’s a big kitchen with a washer and dryer, 2 fridges and a shared living room.

After work we like to catch-up over cooking, watching tv, pub, go on a walk/run and so on and we like to do things as a house and would love someone to join in:) We are considerate of each other and like to keep the house clean and tidy.
