Friendly house in Bedminster

Hey!

We are two professionals looking for a third housemate for our calm, friendly and beautiful house. We feel really lucky to live here as we have ample space in a really great location.

Location
We're at the end of a quiet terrace, five minutes from North Street with loads of cafes, pubs and great shops. It's a 20 min walk to Wapping Wharf as well and not far from Ashton Court if you like being in nature :)

Housemates
We're Annie and Jorge.
Jorge is Spanish, a nurse, working long hours some days and climbing, playing guitar, going to gigs and hiking in his free time.
Annie is English/Czech, currently working full time and finishing her MA. In the evenings she likes to cook, do yoga, and read.
We're both really sociable and enjoy sharing the common areas. We like to keep the house as tidy as possible and respect each others' needs.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, communicative and generally a kind, easy going person.

The house
We have a large, open-plan living and dining area downstairs with a decent-sized kitchen and one bathroom. We're lucky enough to have a large patio space and a large garage too, so there is space for a car/bikes.

The room
The available room is South-facing so gets loads of natural light through the day. As you see in the pictures, it's big enough for a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The room comes unfurnished, although the leaving housemate is considering selling a few things so that can be discussed.

Other bits
Bills come to about £130 each per month on top of rent. You'll need to pay a deposit and have references available.
