Bright double room in friendly Bedminster house

Hey!

We're Annie and Jorge, two friendly, considerate and calm professionals looking for a new housemate.

We have a lovely three bed house at the end of a quiet terrace. We're a five minute stroll to North Street with loads of cafes, pubs and great shops. It's not far from Ashton Court if you like getting into nature and a 20 minute walk to Wapping Wharf/harbourside.

A bit about us...
Jorge is 35, Spanish, a nurse, working long hours a few days a week and climbing, playing guitar, going to gigs and hiking in his free time.
Annie is 26, English and Czech, currently working full time at a garden centre (aka free houseplants!), finishing her MA law conversion and cooking, doing yoga, and reading in her free time.

As a house, we're pretty sociable and enjoy cooking together and the occasional pub outing, however we are not a party house and generally like to keep the vibe chill at home. We keep the house as tidy as possible and respect each person's day-to-day needs.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, communicative and generally a kind, easy going person. It would be lovely to find someone who is keen to share the odd meal or play a board game occasionally :)

The house:
The house is a three bed, with one bathroom. We have a large, open-plan living and dining area downstairs with a decent-sized kitchen. We're lucky enough to have a large patio space and a large garage too, so there is enough storage space for a car/bikes. Jorge and Mattia (who is now leaving) have lived in the house for about five years so it feels really comfortable and homely.

The available room is South-facing so gets loads of natural light through the day. As you see in the pictures, it's big enough for a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The room comes unfurnished, although Mattia is considering selling a few things (such as bed frame) so that can be discussed.

Rent is £610pcm and bills (incl. council tax) come to roughly £130.

You'll need to pay a deposit and have references available.
