Room with chilled housemates in cosy home

King sized bed in downstairs room, private access and door to garden. Furnished with bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Communal space is comfortable and cosy, full TV options (Netflix, Apple, Amazon etc), good Wifi, shared kitchen with all utensils. Garden space has large storage and 2x bike sheds. Room for one bike as other housemates cycle.
House is social, happy and relaxed. Most of us keep to ourselves with work schedule and some other evening commitments, but come together for the odd pint at the pub or board game and movie night.
We value respectful sharing of space/ kitchen items and have a communal pot for things like cleaning supplies and condiments. We use a group WhatsApp to ask any requests, such as dog sitting / friends to stay. All welcome with good communication!
One of the girls has bought a house, so timing may work for when I come back that a room is available within the house!
Easy going bunch :)
