I’ve found a great house in a great location, 2 large double bedrooms, 1 spare small double for friends to stay over or crafting room. So I think just 2 rooms to rent (can check with landlord)
Lounge, dining room and kitchen with a large garden, courtyard and a small front garden. A house full of character and hard to find that much space for the price. Council tax band B EPC band C so very good.
My friend has backed out of moving in so really don’t want to lose the place would like to find someone asap!!
