One Room Available in Bedminster Cul-de-Sac

One room available to rent just off Bedminster Road.

One housemate will be moving out soon, and we’re looking for new people to come and take over their rooms.

This cosy Royal Blue Room has been decorated within the last eight months and comfortably fits a double bed, a set of drawers, and a bedside table. This room shares a bathroom with one other tenant and has a wardrobe located in the living room. (The other two rooms have built-in storage.) This room will be completely unfurnished and bills are not included in the rent.

The communal spaces are warm and inviting, with a conservatory that has underfloor heating and opens onto the garden. There is plenty of storage throughout the house, including under the stairs, in the living room and kitchen, as well as in the loft.

The house stays cosy in the winter and light and airy in the summer, with a garden to enjoy during the warmer months.

There are two private parking spaces and covered bike storage in the back garden.
