There are a total of 2 bedrooms in the house, situated on the end of North Street with plenty of selection for meals and drinks out, or staying home in the cosy living room.

The other housemate is male, late 30’s and a school teacher and makes a mean expresso. Would like someone 30’s+ to have the occasional sociable evening and house chat
