Double Bedroom Available in Bedminster

Hey!

We're looking for someone to move in with us as our housemate is moving out to live with her partner at the start of the new year. We would love to continue a chill homey vibe in the house, so hopefully that's your vibe too!

The house is a brightly colourful 3-bed with a garden, kitchen/ diner, downstairs loo, and living room. The room available is the top floor double room with a great view of the suspension bridge and Ashton Court, an en-suite, and comes unfurnished. There is storage in the eaves of the room, we don’t keep much in there so it is free for you to use, alongside a very small built-in wardrobe type thing. There is free on-street parking on our road and the surrounding streets. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk, and train station is about a 10-minute walk. The road itself is nice and quiet as it’s a dead end and the neighbours are friendly.


Rent is £700, bills not included but usually come to about £120 each per month - sometimes a little extra if you’d like the heating on a lot!

Deposit is £769.


We are Nicola, 29, and Ellie, 35, both working office hours and sometimes from home. Nicola has a little dog Bella who lives with us. She's a toy poodle and is hypoallergenic for any allergy sufferers! We are both veggie so would prefer another veggie or pesci!

Room is available from 6th January 2026 but if you need to move in a little sooner we can make that work.

The property is managed through a letting agency who will require references.

The landlords are really nice and respond to any issues super quick!
