Its a calm and cosy flat so I'd like to keep it clean and in good condition with a cleaning rota.

Not a party house but it would be nice to be sociable spending some time together chatting over coffee, cooking or watching tv in the living room. It is important that we are respectful of each others need for personal space too :)
