Double room in 3 bedroom house in bedminster

We have a double room immediately available in a cute 3 bedroom house in bedminster, due to our other house mate moving home.

We are two girls aged 22 and 23 both working full time. We are friendly and sociable and enjoy going out to music events each month but as we work, most days we are just spending time relaxing at home. We are both creative and our hobbies include playing piano, painting and pottery.

We are a five minute walk off north street which has lots of nice cafes, shops and supermarkets. It’s a 30 minute walk into city center and many good transport links , there is a bus stop opposite from the house and a train station 10 minutes walk away.

It’s a nice spacious house with a large living room and separate kitchen. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The room available is spacious with a built in wardrobe and a nice view of the back garden the room available is shown in pictures. House is fully furnished ( but new furniture is welcome) however the bedroom will be unfurnished.
