I’m going travelling so I’m looking to rent out my large double room in a lovely 3-bed home near Windmill Hill. a quiet, green spot with great access to Bedminster, Victoria Park, and central Bristol.

● 20 mins’ walk to North Street (independent shops, cafés, bars)

●E-scooters/e-bikes just across the road

The Room 🛏

A bright, spacious east facing double that gets great morning light.
Fully furnished with: A king size bed. 2 large cupboards for storage, Adjusting standing desk, comfy chair and monitor. Plants, shelves, and nice lighting. As well as a projector for movies. It has loads of floor space - it’s the biggest room in the house. You’re welcome to remove anything you don’t need.

The House

You’ll be living with one housemate (Emma, friendly, active, easygoing).
The house is comfortable, clean and well set up, with:

○ cosy living room
○ garden with patio + seating
○ off-street parking on the driveway
○ fast Wi-Fi
○ spare office/workspace if you need it

The vibe here is relaxed and calm, it's not a party house, but is warm and sociable.

You’re independent, considerate, and like living somewhere peaceful but friendly.
Clean, respectful of shared spaces, and happy doing your own thing while also up for ta chat or film night.

Looking for 3-6 months, with some flexibility depending on how travel plans go.
