Calm room near Victoria Park

Heya! I'm looking for a new housemate in this lovely 2 bedroom house.

It has a bright living room, a nice big kitchen with views on the squirrels playing in the trees, one shared bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms.

The bedroom itself is a bit small, currently has a single bed in it (that you're welcome to use) although a double bed could fit in it, you would just have a bit less space. It currently has a desk and bookshelves on it but that's gonna go probably. However, there is a small room/cupboard adjacent to the room that you could turn into a walking wardrobe.

It's 1 minute walk from Victoria Park, 3 mins from Bedminster train station and close to East Street, shops etc. Less than 30 minutes walk from the city centre.

About me: I'm Emilie (35), I'm a counsellor, I love books, depth psychology, witchy things, tarot, walks in nature, singing (terribly), going on adventures.
I’m warm, respectful, clean, and value open communication and a peaceful atmosphere.

I'm looking for someone who is looking for a home, not just a room, and would want to be friends, share the occasional meal and cup of tea and more!
Looking for someone ideally:
- veggie or vegan (or happy to be veggie in the house)
- comfortable with me receiving a few clients in the living room and who would agree to be quiet during this time (it's mostly day time during the week and some early evenings so if you're working day time you would barely notice it but just in case)
- clean, respectful of the space and who can communicate

This is not a party house but friends and gatherings are welcome once in a while!

Bills + council tax are around 170
