Double bed room for rent in Bedminster

Ive recently bought the property and looking for a chill flatmate. Its a three bedroom apartment and the biggest room is up for rent. I plan on keeping the other 2 rooms for myself. The place is relatively big and you can also use the spare room occasionally if you wanted to. It has a garden (not in the best shape tbh) but might be useful in summers?

Im still in the process of furnishing and decorating the place.

Its 3 minutes walk from bedminster train station, 20 mins walk from temple meads, 5 mins walk from Asda and Lidl and it has a gym about 5 minutes away. There is also a secure parking space which you can use if you have a car. You can also walk to the centre in about 20 mins. Its ideal for anyone working in the centre.

Bills are included in the rent and include gas, electricity, internet, water and council tax.

About me, I am 28, originally from Pakistan, work in finance, love working out, painting, video games and going out with my friends. I want the place to feel like home so i am ideally looking for a flatmate who would want to socialise and watch a movie every now and then.

I’m gay, so I’d ideally prefer a flatmate from the LGBTQ+ community, as shared identity and interests can make living together easier.
