We’ve got a large double room going in our 3-bed terraced house in Bedminster. The house is on Fraser street, which is the same road as Bedminster train station, as well as Victoria park. The house is also within walking distance to Asda on East Street, North Street Temple Meads and the city centre.

The house is mostly furnished and comes with:
* A modern bathroom
* Spacious kitchen
* Shared living area with sofas
* Garden and deck
* Dishwasher, washer, dryer, and full-size fridge
* Free on road parking

The available room is partly furnished and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small bedside table, which I've currently got outside the bedroom.

You'll be sharing with two young professionals James and Alvin, who are friendly, tidy, and looking for a like-minded housemate :)

Some more details:
* The room will be available from Jan 18th
* Bills tend to come to around £150/month due at the start of the month (and pro rata amount for the month of Jan). This includes council tax, gas and electricity, water and wifi. This can sometimes change though, depending on if prices go up/down.
* Rent is £750 due at the start of the month (and pro rata amount for the month of Jan)
*Deposit is £700
* 12 month tenancy with a rolling contract afterwards needing 4 weeks leaving notice
* No pets, children, students, or couples, sorry!
* Must be in full time work
* No subletting allowed
