Lovely room in large flat with garden & kitten

Hi I’m Nikki, I’m seeking a housemate to share a lovely large flat with a large garden/patio area, 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all brand new fridge, freezer. washer/dryer just off West St in Bedminster. There is a Tesco and all food places, shops, hairdressers etc down the road on East St and North St and it is in between Parson St station and Bedminster train station, with great bus routes into town and Stokes Croft - on the 75 or 76. Airpoint also has a cool roof spot with a running track, some gym bits and a space u can hire with a pool table and BBQs.

I am a music teacher and musician, I work from my studio down the road or on occasion from home, teaching online and you will be sharing with me and my lovely kitten Sabre - he is a lovely black kitten, he sleeps a lot and is super friendly! He likes to play sometimes too, everyone who has met him loves him.

Happy to respect personal space but if you want to cook or share meals together and watch some TV and catch up some evenings that is also cool - whatever works for the both of us!

I am into music and perform at events and festivals, I run workshops and other evening events for musicians and like I mentioned work from my studio and occasionally travel for work. Sabre tends to come with me (he is accustomed to travelling!) but occasionally may be at home for a few hours without me.
