Bright double room in quiet house

Seeking friendly, tidy & responsible lodger for bright double furnished room in quiet & clean house available in Jan. The house is recently refurbished with new fridge, washing machine & cooker and located in BS3 just off north st, so a short walk to shops/station/town. I can add a bit more furniture in the room, if needed. Sharing with just myself as live in landlord, a construction professional who is looking for another professional for similar work schedules. About me, I’m 32 and I’m often out doing fitness, cycling or at the pub! It would be a bonus if you have similar interests :) I am not veggie/vegan. I don’t have a min/max term, however I am not looking to commit to any long term appointments at this stage, as I’d rather have you stay a few months initially and if it works, we just keep it rolling :) £800 PCM inc bills lodger arrangement.
