Double room available in 2-bed flat in Bedminster available from mid January 2026.

The flat/room:
The room has a built in wardrobe, desk, and has lots of space. It gets plenty of natural light! 🌞
The flat has a kitchen, living room, and balcony, all furnished as pictured. The main bathroom is shared but I don't frequently use it so you'll have almost exclusive use of it. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.
You'll have use of a secure bike storage.
All bills are included in the rent.

The room is available in the medium/longterm (flexible) with a one-month rolling notice period. I'm fairly flexible on move in date so please let me know your preference.

Location:
Just off East Street with a short walk to ASDA, North Street, Wapping Wharf, and all the other lovely things in the area. 20 min walk to Temple Meads, 20 min walk to Harbourside and city centre. Even quicker to cycle!

Living situation:
You'll be living with me, I'm 32 and work in environmental consultancy. I enjoy cooking, travel, nature, and socialising, amongst other things. I've lived with housemates throughout my life and it's important to me that the house is homely and cosy, so I value a friendly atmosphere, a film night or two, as well as alone time.
I go into the office 2-4 days depending on the week, so someone with a similar schedule would be a good fit.
I am vegetarian, so someone who at least cooks veggie at home would be preferred!

Preference for another woman, non-students, and no smoking in the home/balcony. Sadly pets are not allowed in the building.

Please note we will have a lodger agreement! I will protect your deposit in the tenancy deposit scheme.
