Loft Room w Ensuite - Bedminster

I’ve got a great attic/ loft room with an ensuite available for 757 pounds that will be available from the 2nd of Jan (or a couple days earlier if you want).
The room itself is super great - big, warm, nice view out the window. Bathroom has recently been retiled and the shower works great. I’ve had no problems at all with heating or cooling in this room.
In terms of the rest of the house, there are 5 housemates in a range of professions. The dining room is just at the end of some maintenance bits that have been going on, which involves some replastering of a small section of the ceiling, but this is due to be fixed within the next two weeks.

Washer and Dryer included.
It’s a really amazing location, in Bedminster just off of North Street, and at the end of East Street. 2 min walk from the Tesco Express on West Street, the Wetherspoons in Bedminster, and the Airport Flyer bus stop. Also 10 mins from the Asda.
Existing contract is until June, then rolling monthly after that.
