Friendly Bedminster house | cat included!

My lovely housemate Em and I are looking for a new housemate to join our home in the new year, ideally moving in mid-January / early February. We live in a spacious, cosy house in Bedminster and share it with our very sweet cat, Jeanie 🐈

We’re both sociable, creative people and are really looking for someone who wants to be a friend as well as a housemate. We’re 29 and 30, so someone in their late 20s to early 30s would be ideal.

Our home is social and relaxed. We love watching documentaries and interesting films, chatting, listening to music, and having creative/art nights together. I work part-time in a crystal shop and also run a chillout downtempo event called Haze, while Em works at Arnos Vale.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Laid-back and friendly

Clean and respectful of shared spaces

Happy with friends visiting and music being played during the day (music usually before 10pm)

Keen to shop and cook communally, as we currently split food shopping three ways

This probably wouldn’t be the right fit if you prefer a very quiet household or struggle with having people around.

Em would ideally like to live with a FLINTA person, but please feel free to get in touch regardless, we’re open and happy to chat to the right person

We are ideally looking for someone to take the room until the summer, as a friend of ours is looking to move in then, but if this doesn't align, are also open to longer lets!
