Location: Just off West Street. Really convenient transport routes by bus to airport and into town (or easily walk/bikeable to city centre). Also close to North Street for local shops, pubs, comedy club, tobacco factory.
Other info: In theory, landlord lives in, but in practice I am only rarely there. Future plan to make this a 3 bed rental, first refusal would be to existing lodgers.
