HOUSE MATE WANTED – 1 Large Double room with underfloor heating, private entrance door (as well as access through the main front door) in a large 5 BED, 2 LOUNGE house.

Available end of January, beginning of February

We’re looking for a friendly house mate to join our lovely shared house in Ashton Vale

• Large double room on the ground floor
• Partially furnished (cupboard and drawers. Bed can be provided)
• Located on the ground floor
• Shared a bathroom on ground floor.

• 5 bedroom house shared with 2 friendly working professionals ( 2 guys) in their mid-20s
• 2 x Communal living rooms, one with TV
• Large, well-equipped kitchen
• South-facing garden with side access
• One upstairs bathroom & one larger downstairs bathroom

📍 Location Highlights:
• Just a 10-minute walk to Sainsburys and local pubs
• 15 Min bus to Bristol City Centre
• 1 train stations within a 10-minute walk (Parson Street)

Ashton Gate and Ashton Court just a short walk away.

The house is of a high standard with underfloor heating and tiled floor in the available room.
The garden has been completely renovated in June 2025 ready for the warmer months.

The two current tenants are brothers and look after the house which is owned by their parents living abroad. They are both in full time work. They enjoy a good laugh, good food and getting to know new people.
