Roommate Wanted – Bristol, Bedminster Area

ROOM AVAILABLE – BEDMINSTER, BRISTOL | FEMALE HOUSEMATE WANTED

Hi my flatmate (Holley) and I are looking for a new housemate to join our 3 bedroom flat in Bedminster. The room will be available from the end of June.

The room is an unfurnished double. Although the room is unfurnished our housemate moving out is selling:

• Bed frame + mattress
• 3-Door wardrobe
• 4-Tier slim storage tower
• Mirror
• Chair
• Countertop dishwasher
• Coffe pod machine

The rent is £625, the deposit is £734, and bills are around £140 per month. The contract is rolling monthly.

The house is in a great location and just a short walk from North Street. We have excellent transport links. Parson St is our nearest station and we have multiple bus stops nearby. The 24, 75, 76, 44 and Airport flyer are some of the main routes easily accessible at multiple nearby stops. Aldi and Winterstoke Rd Sainsbury’s are about a 10 min walk.

The house is bright, spacious, and very welcoming. We have a large entrance hall and spacious kitchen/ living room open floor plan. We have one shared bathroom and three bedrooms.

A little about us I work in aviation, which means my schedule can sometimes be a little unusual (early starts or late finishes).
Holley works a hybrid office job and is in the office 3/4 days a week on average working mostly Mon at home. We’re both easy-going, respectful, and really value having a peaceful, friendly home.

We’re looking for someone who is a working professional, easy going, tidy, enjoys a kitchen chat but also happy to do their own thing.
