Double room in 2 bed flat, bedminster

Hello! I am looking for a like-minded female to share my 2 bedroom flat.
The room comes furnished or unfurnished - should you want the double bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail and bedside table, the exiting flatmate will sell all for 50, but is open to offers, and should you need the room empty she will remove everything.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat - one is my en suite and the other is for your use and guests. It has an electric shower, and the bathtub which I make use of too, but always ask first.
The lounge and dining area are open plan.
If you have furniture you need to bring this can be discussed.
There are 2 parking bays for us.

About me:
I am non smoking, quiet and an extremely considerate housemate. I keep noise levels to a minimum and respect shared spaces.
I am hoping to find someone who respects these attitudes so we can live comfortably together.
Ideally - someone who doesn't work from home (but open to considering the right person) as I tend to be home a lot, and would like to move freely throughout the space.

I am a hairstylist, working 3 days a week in a busy studio around a lot of noise and people so I tend to need quiet downtime after work and on my off days. That being said I really enjoy one on one conversation, about meaningful topics like philosophy and psychology, and am deeply intrigued by the human mind and interpersonal relating and connecting.

I enjoy creative hobbies like drawing, sewing and writing and I love getting immersed in a good tv series. I'm into organic food where possible and ethically sourced meat and dairy. I love good coffee and quality wine.
I often spend time cooking on weekends with good music and probably have some kitchen karaoke, or a dance, and I love going out with friends for a bit of a party or a dance too!

I have a little cat who will most assuredly want to cuddle with you on the couch, so if you have allergies that won't work unfortunately!
