I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional female to rent a large double room in my beautifully kept home, located right by Victoria Park in Bedminster.
The room is spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished with a comfortable double bed, good storage and plenty of natural light. The house has a large shared bathroom (only shared with one other lodger), a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor space with seating and BBQ area – perfect in the summer.
The house is very energy efficient, so it stays warm and comfortable.

25 min walk to Wapping Wharf
Great local pubs, cafés, post office, Tesco and convenience stores nearby.
You’ll be sharing with me (live-in owner) and one other lodger only.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent
