You are likely to be a working professional or mature student.

You may want something seven days a week, or something a few days a week, or Monday to Friday if you are working away.

About our home

Sarah and I are live-In owners of a beautiful, modern, three story house in Bristol South End. Our home is warm, quiet and peaceful.

The available room, for single occupancy, is offered furnished or unfurnished with the sole use of the bathroom next door.

Our home is over three floors:
Ground: Living Room, Kitchen, Cloakroom, Garden
1st Floor: Bathroom, Available Bedroom, Home Gym, Home Office
2nd Floor: Master Bedroom with ensuite
Council Tax Band D

You would have use of the communal facilities; kitchen, washing machine, living room, TV, garden, etc. There is BT Broadband, BT TV, Amazon Prime TV and Now TV

We have two wonderful, affectionate British Blue Shorthair cats, Frank & Pickle. These are house cats, so they do not go outside.

Travel

We are in walking distance from Bristol Temple Meads (30 mins) and Bristol City Centre (20 mins). Cycling or using a scooter takes even less.

We have good connection to the M32, M4 & M5.
