I am looking to sublet my room in our 3 bed house share from the beginning of March until late June as I am going travelling (willing to be a little flexible with dates if needed). The room comes part furnished. I can leave anything other than the mattress in there but the bed frame and wardrobe will have to stay in.
The house is in a great location within walking distance of the centre, just over the bridge from Wapping Wharf and the Harbourside as well as North Street and right next to a big ASDA for easy food shopping. The house itself has a spacious garden and kitchen as well as a cosy living room. You will be sharing with Kim and Rad. Both lovely chill people and really easy to get on with!
Rent is £680 per month exc. bills. Bills including council tax and WiFi come to around £150 a month.
