Lovely Double in Bedminster - Housemate wanted :)

Looking for a housemate to replace a friend in a gorgeous little home in Bedminster

The Room:
- Roomy double
- Lots of sun
- Utility walk-in cupboard with sink and storage
- Furniture included (feel free to move around, change etc.)

The House:
- Lots of plants and trinkets
- Lovely garden which is a great brekkie spot in the morning (there's also a small veg patch that is a work in progress!)
- Shared upstairs bathroom with bath/shower
- Big shared living room and kitchen (also have a lot of kitchen equipment so would be happy to share this if your into cooking:))
- Lean-to/conservatory (that we currently use to grow veg, but happy for any other suggestions for use)
- Downstairs toilet

The Housemate (me):
- I'm 28 and have lived in Bristol now for 6 years
- I'm quite a social easy-going person with too many hobbies to list here, but anything outdoors in nature like a big stomp or climb is my cup of tea. I also love music and going to gigs on the reg, so anyone who wants to join would be a massive plus! Also tryna be more creative this year, currently have knitting and lino printing on the go.
- I love spending time with friends and meeting new people. Especially enjoy having people over for foods and drinks, and organising fun activities and days out (organised fun is the best fun)
- I do also wfh full time at the moment so am in the house quite a lot during the week

You:
- As it is just two people in the house, I really want someone who is quite social and open to hanging out together i. e. watching films, sharing a meal or pub/bakery trips. I really like communal living rather than it feeling like were just renting a room!
- As I mentioned above, I like hosting people semi-regularly (nothing crazy, definitely isn't a party house), so would need to be okay with this and hopefully want to join!
- I am also vegetarian, so ideally would be looking for someone who doesn't eat meat, but this isn't a dealbreaker
- I want to hear about you though! So please tell me a bit about you, maybe a hobby or interest you've recently discovered or something you've done this year your really proud of!! :))

- £650 pcm including all bills (water, gas, electricity, Council Tax & wifi)
- Maximum of a year only
- 5 min walk to bus stop
- 10 min walk to Big Lidl (perfect for regular sweet treats)
- 10 min walk to Parson Street Train Station
- 10/15 min walk to North/East St In Bemmy
