Room to rent in Bedminster

Looking for a flatmate to join me in my two bed flat in Bedminster. The flat is on the ground floor of a large apartment building and includes a bike shed and roof terrace with a running track. It's well connected, just a 5 minute walk from North Street and the local supermarket. There is a bus stop just outside the complex with regular links to the City Centre and Bedminster and Parson Street station are just a 10 minute walk away.

As a professional who works 9-5 from home 4 days a week I'm looking for someone who has a similar working schedule. I'm clean and tidy and therefore am keen to find someone who would take care of the flat in the same way.

I'm a sociable and outgoing person who enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, pints and cooking so it would be great to find someone with similar interests so we can both equally enjoy the shared space.

I also have a partner who lives in Newport so I typically spend alternate weekends there and at the flat.

Monthly bills (elec, Council Tax Band B, wifi) approx £200 - water is included
