Double room in relaxed 2 bed- bills incl.

I’m a live in landlord, looking to fill my spare room for 1 month whilst my current housemate is away- the room pictured has her things in, storage space will be cleared and anything additional you don’t want can be moved into the basement!

I’ve lived in quite a few house shares so like to think I’m easy to live with :) I enjoy a clean, tidy space (as shown in photos) but I’m not too militant about it. I work a 9-5 in an office and am often in in the evenings, but you’ll sometimes have the place to yourself.

The house is a great location in between north st and east st, on a quiet no through rd with friendly neighbours.

The house & bedroom is fully furnished, and I have large basement for any of your belongings/ things in the bedroom you don’t want. Kitchen has all the amenities you’d need, including a washer/dryer. There’s a bike shed in the front garden.

I’d like to have someone in who is easy to get along with, respectful of personal space but also happy if you want to cook together, watch tv etc. I enjoy getting outside, watching good and not so good TV and will occasionally have friends round.
