Small Double | Bills Included | Bedminster

We have a small double room up for grabs in our 3 bed, 3 level house in Bedminster. Current household consists of 3 girls, all who work in hospitality and 2 of whom study alongside. We all get on, have dinner together once ish a week (no pressure) but also enjoy and respect time alone. We are not a party house, but enjoy a night in with friends & wine here and there.

The bedroom is fully furnished -- double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, under-bed storage. Bedding/towels can also included if needed. The room for rent does have the boiler in it, it isn't very noisy but not the prettiest so we have hidden behind a drape -- welcome to move that if you prefer, we're easy.

The garden is in the process of being made nice, sorry about pictures with the green waste in! We have a huge garage which you are welcome to use for literally anything.

Unfortunately, we don't want anyone who works from home.

Can be flexible with move in/out dates.
