Looking for Lodger to look after flat while away

Hi!

My current flatmate is moving out and I will be spending most of the time over the next 9 months away so I am looking for someone to look after everything while I am away. I will occasionally be back in Bristol for work for a night or two every couple of weeks, but possibly less frequently. So you will have the whole place to yourself a lot of the time! Pls see the pics, although just to note a fair amount of the stuff will be moved out, although most the furniture and some of the pictures will stay (although you can move things around as you wish). It is a 2 bed flat so we can move things you don't want into my room.

I am looking for someone who is communicative, (reasonably) tidy and respectful. There is a downstairs neighbour so looking for someone who is (again reasonably) quiet etc during the week. It is generally a relaxed and homely environment and it is a bonus if you have similar interests!

A bit about me: I work as a researcher at a university. I enjoy my time outdoors hiking etc, the odd trip to the pub, I am a big cinema fan and also like my quiet time relaxing, reading and watching TV etc

The bedroom (in the pics) is very large double with an ensuite toilet. It gets lots of sun (if it shines...). I will be leaving pretty much all of the furniture (bar the desk) - but can move things into the my room if you don't want them.

There is a nice cosy kitchen living room downstairs, a bathroom with a bath and shower and the flat is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbours! It is just off West st where there is a tesco (and a Lidl a little further away) and a short 10 minute walk to the pub and shops on North st. If you have a car there is on st parking (no permit).

All bills are included in the price and am looking for someone to move in around the 1st October and flexible about the length of the rental - we can discuss this but would ideally like someone who will stay over 6 months.

I am open to having couples for a slight increase in price, but get in touch and we can discuss this.
