Furnished Dbl Room (King Bed) Near Victoria Park

Hey, I'm a live in landlord (guy aged 34) looking for a new housemate to join me in my lovely home near Victoria Park! Currently living with a great Kazakhstani guy who is very easy going and humorous.
Other housemate left a few months back and now looking to get someone else in!

The house is fully furnished and has:
- Private (king bed) room
- Shared living room
- Shared galley kitchen
- Shared small rear garden
- Two shared bathrooms (one on the first floor that has bath/shower, and toilet on the groundfloor)

The house is right on the east end of St John's Lane just below Victoria Park, 20 minutes walk to the Centre or to Temple Meads.
I find cleaning rotas or paying jointly for a cleaner works best in the house. Absolutely all bills are included otherwise (inc. council tax).
Parking is available on the street (no permit)- there's often space on St John's Lane or lanes next to Victoria Park.

I love music, socialising with mates, reading, singing (part of Bristol Folk House choir), creative things, board games, to name a few.

Looking for honest folk who preferably have some interesting stories to tell, semi-social (perhaps the occasional pint every now and then up at The Oxford) but also happy to stick to themselves, and tidy!

Caveat is that I have some personal circumstances that may mean I need the room back at some point in the next year- I can discuss that over private messages/call.
