Cosy double bedroom in Bedminster flat

My friend is moving out of our lovely two bed flat in Bedminster as she’s buying a house & I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

I’m Sophie, 29 from Scotland & I work for the Civil Service.

Ideally looking for someone that I can get along with and become friends since it would just be the two of us living together! Happy to hang out and watch Netflix together etc, but also respect each others private space. Needs to be clean & respectful, female flatmate preferred.

The double room is part-furnished, including the bed, shelves & chest of drawers in the wardrobe. Everything else in the photos are my current flatmates. There’s plenty of space under the bed for extra storage.

The work desk and chair in the living room are also my flatmates so if you’re planning on WFH, you’ll need to have your own or buy new.

- Underfloor heating
- Parking available in quiet residential area (no permit required)
- Secure bike shed
- 15 min bus into town
- 5 min drive to Lidl, 10 min drive to Aldi & a big Asda
- 15 min walk to Victoria Park

Worth noting, the flat is on the 3rd floor & there isn’t a lift so be prepared for stairs! Massive windows in the living room so plenty of light comes in & its lovely in summer🌞

Costs:
- Rent = £737.50
- Bills (Water, gas, electric, internet, council tax & TV license) = ~£155.00
- Total per month = ~£892.50
- Deposit required - £850.50

As part of the agreement with the agency, you’ll need to be working full time so no students allowed (sorry)! You’ll also be required to go through referencing & provide proof of earnings (3 months of payslips).
