Room Available in Windmill Hill

I have a room available for short term rent in my home in Windmill Hill. It's a double room and comes with basic furniture - a wardrobe, bedside table, bed & desk.

Free parking is available on the street.

Rent does not include bills & council tax band is B.

I'm a 38 year old woman with an active social life and lots of hobbies so I'm out and about a lot. I work from home. I also live with my cat, Princess - she's a cute old lady these days but an appreciation of cats is essential to living here.

I'm currently in the process of selling the house which is why it's only available short term. I haven't found my onward purchase yet so I imagine the room will be available for at least 3 months, likely more.
