Room Available in relaxing Shred House (18–28)

Got a room opening up in our place and looking for a cool, easygoing girl to move in.

There’s currently 3 of us (all mid-20s), but one of the boys is moving interstate for work so his room’s up for grabs. We’re all working during the week, into the gym, music, beach days, random Uber Eats nights that sort of vibe. Social but everyone respects their own space too.

Also worth mentioning in a couple of months another guy is moving out, and we’ll be bringing another girl in then. So it’ll end up being a properly mixed house.

we’ll have drinks here especially in the summer ,

We keep common areas clean and everyone pulls their weight.
We have a cleaner come around every Tuesday.
