** HOUSEMATES **
I'm a current tenant and have been living here for almost 3 years now. It's a fantastic house with plenty of space to relax and socialise. 2 rooms are becoming available so we'd like to have a mix of guys and girls. We all socialise in the evenings when we're free but all have our own space during busy working weeks. We work in the creative industries mostly including Music/Advertising and Animation. We like to make it a clean living space and do the best we can do doing busy working weeks.

** THE PROPERTY **
The house has 6 bedrooms, a large modern kitchen/living room space, 2 bathrooms with showers, loft and garden. The kitchen is great for fun evenings in, with a large cooking space and adjacent dining area which opens into the garden. The garden is perfect for BBQs with an accessible gate at the back.

In the lounge there are large sofas with a large HD TV. The TV licence is included. There’s plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work, and there’s enough storage space for board games, etc. Film nights are always a thing!

There is limited free on-street parking, and shed in the back garden for bikes.

** THE ROOM **
It’s the biggest room of the house located on the ground floor (front of the house) with plenty of space for a double bed. Plenty of light and good double glazed windows which keep plenty of heat in. The room comes unfurnished but with space for desk/wardrobe/cupboards. There is also additional loft space on the next floor for extra storage.

** LOCATION **
North Street an a amazing location, with an Aldi meters away from the house, independent coffee/book shops and some of Bristol's top restaurants! Lots of great pubs/bars including Bristol Beer Factory and Spotted Cow! Bristol city centre is about a 40 minute walk away.
