Room available in 3 bed house in Bedminster, next to Wapping Wharf footbridge.
The room shares a bathroom with one other person (Allie). It is unfurnished but comes with a double bed frame if you want it.

Me and my housemate Allie are looking for a third person to fill the empty room in our shared house. The house has a spacious open planned downstairs with an additional loo, concreted garden with room for parking and is really central in Bristol (10 minute walk from the centre).

Current housemates are myself and Allie, we’re good mates and like a social, friendly house vibe with a couple of pub trips, dinners and chats after work, so would love someone who’s up for that too.

The landlady does require a reference and rent stated includes council tax but not electricity and water.
