A very nice flat located very close to Ashton Gate Stadium & North Street. You can take the 24 bus from the bus stop up the road to get into town.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind a bit of noise, myself and my current flatmate work strange hours and are often up late into the night watching TV or playing games.
Room is big enough to fit a double bed, but would be better off with a single or queen size, otherwise it’s quite snug.
Council Tax & Broadband included in rent, no need to worry about that. £60 for bills every month, so a total of £610 regarding both Rent & Bills.
Deposit is £550, so £1100 will be needed to pay before moving in.
