Double room on North street

The flat:
The flat is located in the middle of North Street with a lovely open plan living room-kitchen space with decking out the back which is great in the summer. There is lots of storage space and an office/laundry room if you need it. The room is street facing with big bay windows and built in wardrobes. It's a medium sized room so enough space for a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a desk. The landlord is helpful and pretty responsive.

Cost:
Rent plus bills: Around £665 per month bills dependant
Deposit: £538
Parking: permit required for on street parking but there’s free parking just round the corner

Current flatmates:
We are a couple aged 25 and 27. I (Rose, 26) work in tv. Andre (28) is an Administrator. Interests are sports, gardening, pub, hiking, cooking and crafts.

Other info:
The flat comes unfurnished but we have split the cost of all the current furniture with the previous housemate. So anyone moving in will have to pay £103 for their split of the furniture. If you moved out you’d get this from the new housemate.

New flatmate:
We are looking for a professional who is around 25-30. We are after a social flat and want to do dinners, movie nights etc
