Double room available in shared house at the top of Windmill Hill. The room comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe, is on the ground floor of the house and gets lots of natural light. Rent pm including bills is £680.

The house features a good sized living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower upstairs and another small one downstairs) and a garden.

This is a 3 bedroom house so you’ll be living with myself and Marcus who will be moving into the other room around the same time.

The bedroom and bathroom are currently undergoing some repairs as you’ll see in the pictures but I’ve been assured by the landlord that it’ll be sorted by the moving date.

There are loads of nearby amenities being such a short walk from North Street such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, coffee shops, pubs etc. There are bus stops right nearby and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to Bedminster train station.

Marcus and I are both professionals aged 33, he’s a web developer working from home and I’m a guitar teacher. We’ve been friends for almost 5 years and previously lived together at another address for 2 years. We both enjoy a relaxed atmosphere hanging out together as and when but also value our own space so ideally looking for someone who’s in line with that and happy living in a fairly peaceful, chill home.
