Spacious Double Room Easy walk to City Centre

This is a great light bedroom next to a bathroom with shower over the bath which is shared with just one other tenant. Green leafy Victoria Park is very close by and Temple Meads Railway Station is a 25 minute walk. The house is three storey Victorian end of terrace and the middle floor is where the tenants are situated. The house has a back garden/yard where in warmer months you can hang your washing and sit out. The kitchen is big and light with a double range master oven and five burners. It has a washing machine and dishwasher (but no tumble dryer- but a clothes dryer is provided with the room). A recent tenant who lived here for two years said of the house "I have so enjoyed living in your calm and welcoming house and am sad to leave". Most tenants stay a minimum of two years with one staying for five years.
The bills including council tax are all included. The house has excellent fast WiFi. Included in the price is a fortnightly cleaner who cleans the shared spaces. Toilet rolls are also provided !
I am the landlord and I live in the house, I am a retired teacher and education adviser, the other tenant works in renewable energy. We are a quiet, peaceable and friendly welcoming house. The house would probably not suit someone seeking to find a social life through their home or a serious party animal. I am not a vegetarian but the other house member is and we are sensitive to differing dietary needs. Previous tenants have been LGBTQ+ and this home is welcome and inclusive.
