Small Double Room Available Bedminster

Hello!! We have a lovely, light room available in our beautiful house! We live in Bedminster - with lots of local shops, parks, transport nearby (train station and bus stop on our doorstep!)

The room is a small double and comes unfurnished. There is some built in storage of shelves and room in the cupboard.
The rent is £610 pcm excluding bills. Council tax is roughly £70 each, and bills never usually more than that too.
The property is available from the 13th June and we would like to confirm someone in the space ASAP, as right to rent and other checks will need to be done by the landlord (who is super sound). There will be a deposit required however the landlord will confirm that once we get the ball rolling.

You would be sharing with me (Evie, female, 23, artist) and Lewis (male, 26, recruitment). We are very sociable and fun, we enjoy going to the pub, dancing and nature. As well as this we both love our down time and have created a beautiful cosy home which we hope to share with someone like minded!!

We’re ideally looking for someone similar, creative and looking to be friends as well as just housemates :)!

The property features a very large open plan Living / dining room, with double doors that open out into a massive green garden which is soaked in sunlight all day!!
