Bright double room in ideal location

There are two rooms available in this relaxed house share of young professionals! The house is located just off North Street. It is an ideal location, 9 minutes cycle from the centre of Bristol, as well as being around the corner from Bedminster station and of course the great North street, with it’s eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and vibes.

The rooms have come available as I am moving in with my partner and my housemate is moving with a friend.
I have really enjoyed living here, and the household is relaxed, respectful, clean and friendly. I was made welcome when I moved in!

Your new housemates are 3 boys ages mid twenties who all work full time. They are lovely and enjoy the gym, cooking, hiking and the pub.

This house share would suit someone similar, boy or girl who enjoys a relaxed, stress free vibe with no drama. The new tenant needs to be of a similar mindset, able to clean up after themselves and be respectful of working schedules.

Room 1: Bright double overlooking the garden £671/month

Room 2: Bright single overlooking the garden £505/month

Bills (wifi, water, electricity, council tax) are not included but generally come to £80-£100 a month

There are two toilets and a shower between four as the 5th room has an ensuite.

There is room for a bike and some extra space in the living room for storage. The parking is on-street, so no permit necessary. We have also just had a new oven installed.

We also have a BBQ in the garden! And we have just planted a mix of flowers in the borders which should sprout soon. :)
