Room Available in 2-bed Bedminster Flat

Looking for a replacement for my friend, who is moving out due to cost reasons. She's moving out mid-June but contract ends 30th June, so ideally will get someone in before the 30th (and hopefully be all sorted a bit earlier to draw up contracts/references with the agency), but if you wanted to come in earlier we may be able to work that too as the room will be empty from the 15th or so.

Flat is a second-floor 2-bed in Doudney Court, Bedminster, close to Asda, Town Centre and Victoria Park. Room is small, but there's a pretty sizeable living room/kitchen area so plenty of space overall. If you have any Q's let me know. There is a parking space also that comes with the flat.

Cost wise it's 700 rent, plus bills which works out roughly 150 extra, so about 850-900 all in. Council tax band B. I'm finding a replacement housemate but all the financials/references/whatever they need will go through the agency.

Pics are not completely current but they're from the listing when we moved in about 18 months ago, just better lighting, we just have a bit more furniture but some of that will go with my housemate, so there's room for furniture if you've got some to bring.
The available room is the spare one with the airer propped against the window (i've been in there 18 months, it's small but liveable and double bed fits lengthwise under the window with room for furniture in there).

About me: I work 9-5 as an Environmental Consultant (work from home only once or twice a week, if that, so you'd be able to without issue fairly often in the living room), big on fitness (currently marathon training), football and chess. Enjoy the pub, walking around wasting money on coffee, cooking nice food. Hard not to write this without sounding like the most bland guy you've met! Pretty tidy guy but some room for improvement, doesn't need to be spotless but keen to keep it relatively nice.

Would be ideally looking for someone social but not too heavy on the partying (pub over club type of vibe), welcome to have people over but not on a big scale, and ideally somebody i can get on with. Much nicer having someone you actually like in your house!
