Room available in Bedminster

We’re 3 Spanish guys looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to join our home.
The room will be available from the 18th of June, it’s the smaller room but fits a double bed comfortably and one of the bigger rooms will also become available around September, so there could be the possibility to switch in the future to a bigger one.
The house is clean and well located, very close to Asda, east st with many shops and easy access to town.
We enjoy spending time at home, training together, listening to music or having friends over sometimes, but we also respect each other’s space and keep a good balance in the house.
We’re looking for someone open minded, respectful, who knows what sharing a house means and ideally planning to stay long term. Keeping the house and garden as it should and looked after is important, as well as being responsible with communication between everyone in the house.
Rent around £400
Bills usually £25–£50 depending on the season
