Spacious south-east facing double room available in Bedminster from July 27th.

The room itself is super cosy and private. Located in a quiet area just off from North Street, which is great for pubs, cafes and general shopping essentials.

The property has a large kitchen and small garden which becomes a real sun trap in the afternoon. It also has a living room space, which is great to watch films or just chill out. There are two bathrooms and an office area for home working.

The house is five bedrooms, so you will be living with four other houses mates. James, Ellie, Millie and Issie who are all between 25 and 28. They will all be around if you want to visit :)

There is also free on street parking for most of the roads nearby, in addition to a train station 'Parson Street' which is less than 10 minutes walk.

Finally, bills normally work out at around £100. So you can expect to spend roughly £750 all in each month to live here.
